About this site

The refuge consists of the entire island and is located 2 miles south of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. The vegetation is comprised mostly of cactus, brush, grasslands and there is a rocky shoreline. Long-term plans call for the elimination of black rats in order to enhance the value of the area for breeding seab
